If you’ve changed fund administrator and need to edit the reviewing party’s access, please email us at portal@angellist.com with the following information:
  • Name and email of the new reviewing service provider
  • Date when you want us to remove access to your previous service provider
We will confirm if we already have a relationship with the new Fund Admin. If not, we’d encourage you to set up a call where we can walk them through Transact and answer any questions so there are no delays in your investor onboarding. You can refer them to this guide as well.
