By now, you should have completed the Digital Subscriptions Onboarding Form, where you shared your fund details, subscription documents, and any additional investor materials. Here’s what to expect next:
  1. Schedule your kick-off call within the onboarding form.
  2. Join the kick-off call to review and confirm your information.
  3. Preview your first draft and share feedback.
  4. Test the second draft by walking through a sample Transaction, including signatures and review.
  5. Approve the final version, and we’ll activate your Templates so you can start inviting investors!
