We can enable the counter-signature flow on a template by template basis. Once a transaction is signed and marked In Good Order, the transaction will be ready for signature by a designated Authorized Signatory. An email will be automatically triggered to the Authorized Signatory, inviting them back into the transaction. Please email us at portal@angellist.com if you want to add an Authorized Signatory to your account.

Will the documents expire before I can counter-sign them?

Yes, once a set of documents have been signed by an investor, a 90 day expiration timer starts for the counter-signature process. Once 90 days have gone by, you will need to export the investor signed documents, sign them outside of Transact, and re-upload them back into the system to mark as Confirmed.
