This page will explain the security features and tracked analytics of the Data Room.
How do I enable a required NDA before entering a Data Room?
For Base Data Rooms, there is no NDA functionality available.
For Core Data Rooms, you can enable a click through NDA within the Settings tab.
Analytics on NDA acceptance is tracked on both the Activity and Access tabs.
Please see Access Links to learn which links will enforce the NDA upon accessing your Data Room.
For DocuSign integrated NDA signing, please speak to your sales representative as at this time we are only offering that feature on an Institutional pricing tier.
How do I enable watermarking on my documents?
Email us at portal@angellist.com to enable watermarking across all of your documents.
What kind of analytics are tracked?
Internal
