File Types You Can Upload
We support all major file formats commonly used in investor communications, including:- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, CSV, TXT
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Videos (Video Section Only): MP4
Only MP4 files can be embedded directly within the Video section of your Data Room.
Upload Limits
To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following upload limits:- Per Room Storage Limit: 50 GB
- Upload Modal Limit: Up to 30 files at a time via drag-and-drop or manual file selection
- Individual File Size Limit: No hard limit per file, but very large files may affect loading speed
Best Practices
- Keep filenames clear and descriptive (e.g., Fund_Overview_Q2_2025.pdf)
- Use the Featured Documents section to highlight your most important files
- For pitch videos or walk-throughs, embed an MP4 in the Video section for a seamless viewer experience
