There is no limit to the amount of invited members into your Data Rooms.
There is a 10MB limit on individual files.
For internal team members, there are two sets of permissions.
- The ability to manage all data rooms and transactions.
- Everything included in 1, along with the ability to invite additional internal team members.
Depending on the Data Room product you’ve purchased, there is a overall storage limit to each room.
Base - 10 GB / room
Core - 50 GB / room
