There is no limit to the amount of invited members into your Data Rooms.
Is there a file size upload limit?
There is a 10MB limit on individual files.
Can I create roles for internal team members?
For internal team members, there are two sets of permissions.
Is there a storage limit per Data Room?
Depending on the Data Room product you’ve purchased, there is a overall storage limit to each room.
Base - 10 GB / room
Core - 50 GB / room
