You can upload any PDF, Microsoft Office file, image, and video (if on the Core plan) into the Data Room.

Can I bulk upload files?

Yes, you can bulk upload up to 25 files at once.

You can also pre-select a folder to directly upload them into.

How do I edit the thumbnails of Featured Documents?

To replace this standard icon of any featured documents like the one above, here are the steps.

Under the Documents tab, select the three dots to the right of a specific document and select Details.

Select Upload instead of Icon, and upload a replacement picture. We recommend a logo or a screenshot of the document itself.

Can I display videos in the Data Room?

Yes, under the Core pricing plan, you can add a video section in the Configure settings to highlight a specific video alongside descriptive text.

• Embed a Youtube or Vimeo link.
• The max video file size is 200 MB for any MP4 direct uploads. Please contact us if you need to upload a file larger than that.
