Team

On the Team tab, you will find everyone who has been invited into your organization. Everyone here will have full edit access to each Transaction and Template.

Permissions

  • View and edit - This member has full access to the dashboard, including data rooms if enabled.
  • Manage team members - This member has the same permissions above with the additional ability to invite more team members into the organization.
You can designate someone as an authorized signatory when inviting them into the dashboard. They will have the ability to counter-sign documents if you have it enabled.

Status

  • Active - This member has accepted the email invite.
  • Invited - This member has not accepted the email invite yet.
    • You can remove an Invited team member with this status to block them from joining the organization.

Removing team members

Please email us at portal@angellist.com if you need to remove a team member from the dashboard.

Details

Here you can edit your organization details that appear across your investor-facing products, like your Transact, Data Room, and Investor Portal pages.

Entities

The entities listed here should be the legal entities you are sending transactions from and associating Investor Portal entities/people with.
There is nothing that can be edited on this tab.
