If you are receiving a server error, please reset your cache and cookies, then reset your URL back to https://portal.angellist.com.
Our engineers will receive an error report internally. If you continue to have this problem after following the steps above, email us at portal@angellist.com.
You are not a part of an organization
If you receive this error, please reset your URL back to https://portal.angellist.com.
If this does not solve your issue, email us at portal@angellist.com so we can diagnose. This error typically stems from accepting an email invite intended for a specific email, but the user is signed into a different account.
Invite Expired
If you receive this error, please contact the individual who sent you an invitation and request a new one.
Email invitations expire after 75 days and cannot be refreshed.
You are not the Authorized Signatory
If you are ready to sign a Transaction and receive this note on the dashboard, this means your account role is not set up to sign the Transaction. There are two ways to move forward here:

If you ARE the authorized signatory then you need to email us at portal@angellist.com so we can upgrade your account role.

If you are NOT the authorized signatory then you need to invite in the correct person to complete the signature. You can do this via the Invite button at the top left of the Transaction. For further guidance, here is an article on how.
