# Can I change my investing entity name and type?

> Changing your entity info before submitting your transaction

## Before you submit your Transaction

While filling out a document (Transaction) in Digital Subscriptions, you can change your entity name and type at any point *before* you sign and submit.

  **Please Note:** The questions on the document are dynamic to the type of entity you're investing through. Changing your entity *type* may trigger additional questions or remove unnecessary answers you have already provided.

### What if you already submitted your Transaction?

If you've already signed and submitted your Transaction, the ability to edit your entity becomes locked. You will either have to ask the contact at the fund to send a revision request back to you or email us at [portal@angellist.com](mailto:portal@angellist.com)
